New Radom WMS Successfully Implemented

Following the launch of the new warehouse management system at the Beuningen and Oosterhout sites in 2014, it was Radom’s turn this Summer.
After intensive preparations involving workshops at Boltrics in Ede, training for all Radom staff in Beuningen, daily video conferences and several trips to Poland, the big day finally arrived on 23 June. The implementation team in Belgium and the Netherlands was on hand to provide support, while the operational team travelled to Radom for the third time. Dennis and Thuy had the important task of ensuring process and communication streams between the warehouse and office ran smoothly. There were no hitches and after two days we were able to successfully carry out a stress test. Ausra was in Random after the launch week to help with administration and fine tuning. The whole project team would like to thank Jan-Dirk Bergsma from Boltrics for his fine collaboration and considerable flexibility throughout the process.
